Auto-Delete open draft orders after follow up
Set up deletion option
Schedule to delete open draft orders after all follow ups have been sent.
Go to Settings > Reminder plans > Your reminder plan.
Scroll down to the Deletion option below the schedule settings.
Enable the Deletion option.
Select the desired waiting period after the last sent reminder before deletion occurs.
Enabling this option helps keep your system clean by automatically removing orders that no longer require reminders.
