Enable SMS for your reminder plan
Using SMS reminders helps your messages stand out in customers’ mobile inboxes, ensuring they receive your reminders immediately on their devices.
Step 1 - Register your phone number / sender name
Go to Settings > SMS notifications and fill out your business info.
Add the countries you like to send SMS to.
Step 2 - Enable SMS for your reminder plan
Follow these steps to enable SMS reminders in your reminder plan:
Go to Reminder plans > Your reminder plan and click edit to view the reminder plan settings. If you don't have one yet, you can create one by clicking on “Add reminder plan”. More on how to create your first reminder plan.
Scroll down to find the SMS sending option. Enable SMS sending and choose the sending logic.
Click Edit template to open the SMS template editor. Customize the text of your reminders and add personalizations using the options at the bottom right.
If the autopilot is not already enabled you can now enable it to send reminders automatically.
