Template editor updates and why migrate
The new template editor lets you build and style your reminder emails with a modern editor. When you migrate, Kindly moves your existing template into the new editor.

Note: Your template’s look stays the same after migration. You can continue editing with the new tools, or optionally switch to one of the professional templates.
How-to: Migrate to the new email template editor
Go to Reminder plans and edit your reminder plan.
Scroll to the Template section and click Edit.
In the modal, choose Migrate and switch. Kindly migrates your old template into the new template editor.
When the migration finishes, you’ll be in the new template editor—review your email and add content (e.g. order details) to it.
