You can upgrade your pricing plan at any time to access lower SMS credit costs.

Credit cost per SMS: Determined by the destination country and your active pricing plan.

Message length: SMS messages longer than 160 characters are split into multiple SMS, each consuming credits. But don't worry it will still only send 1 SMS to your customer it only gets billed as 2 or more.
